Special Education Teacher - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical and Other Health Disabilities (P/HD) licensure

What You’ll Do:
- Provide substitute teaching coverage as a P/HI teacher across schools in the district
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with physical and health disabilities in alignment with their IEPs
- Use various strategies and accommodations to foster student engagement and academic growth
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and incidents as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including other teachers, therapists, and administration
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom climate that values equity and diversity
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to support student success
