Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience teaching students in at least one of the following: Pre-K, Kindergarten, grades K-5, grades 6-8, grades 9-12, or high school
- Proficiency or background in delivering math instruction is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP development, differentiation, and progress monitoring

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement and accommodations
- Provide direct support for students in both individual and small group settings, adapting methods for diverse learning profiles
- Use data to track student progress, reporting regularly and adjusting interventions as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state and federal education regulations
