Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to create inclusive classroom environments
- Deliver engaging instruction tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
- Monitor and track student progress, maintaining thorough documentation and participating in regular team meetings
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging self-advocacy and independence
- Act as a resource for colleagues and families regarding special education strategies and student progress
