Qualifications:
- Minnesota Teaching Certification required; must hold Tier 3 or 4 licensure (please attach certificate and updated resume for consideration)
- Proven experience teaching students with developmental or cognitive delays preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities

- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, administration, and families
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for elementary students
- Deliver engaging instruction adapted to meet diverse learning needs within a center-based classroom
- Collaborate with specialists, related service providers, and families to support student success
- Conduct ongoing assessments, track progress, and report updates as needed
- Foster a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with special education guidelines
