Special Education Teacher | Elk River, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license—Tier 3 or Tier 4 required
- Previous experience with center-based or setting III special education classrooms strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled at creating inclusive, engaging, and positive classroom environments
- Dedication to ongoing collaboration with families, staff, and related services providers
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
