- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that supports the growth, independence, and confidence of each student
- Partner with families and educational teams to set and achieve student goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to special education services
Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Teaching License for Middle/High School Special Education
- Experience teaching in an inclusion and/or resource environment preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting students with diverse abilities and backgrounds
This contract role is available for an immediate start and runs through June 4th, 2027, with a consistent 35-hour work week to ensure work-life balance and reliable scheduling.
