- Current and valid Indiana Special Education licensure (IN SPED)
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with high school age students
- Solid understanding of differentiation, IEP implementation, and progress monitoring

- Comfortable adapting to the dynamic needs of a high school resource classroom
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and behavioral success
- Utilize data-driven instructional practices tailored to each learner’s unique needs
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress
- Engage in professional learning as needed, with initial training available upon onboarding
