Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado Special Education Teacher Licensure or eligibility/willingness to obtain Colorado licensure
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction for students with diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student requirements
- Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other specialists to support inclusive practices
- Deliver engaging, structured instruction in both individual and small group settings
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ skills and progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and partner in students’ academic journeys
- Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment where all students can thrive
