Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to unique student goals in life skills and autistic support

- Track progress, adapt teaching strategies, and document outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other professionals regarding student progress and needs
- Foster a safe, positive classroom climate that encourages student engagement and independence
