- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction and support for elementary students with autism in a self-contained classroom
- Design and implement individualized lesson plans based on IEP goals and state standards
- Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
- Utilize effective strategies to address diverse behavioral and academic needs

- Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to promote each student’s success
