Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Provide direct instruction utilizing evidence-based interventions and differentiated techniques
- Maintain positive and productive classroom management practices that support a safe and welcoming learning environment
- Regularly assess student progress, adjusting instruction as necessary, and documenting outcomes
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote integration and student success
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations concerning special education
