Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active State Special Education Teaching certification (required for interview consideration)
- Previous experience with 1:1 instruction or working with students with varying abilities preferred

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Positive, patient, and flexible mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized 1:1 instruction and support to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop, adapt, and implement lesson plans tailored to individual needs and learning styles
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Track and document student progress, ensuring compliance with all educational standards
