Responsibilities:
- Serve as an on-call Special Education Teacher, covering planned and day-of absences for direct hires or contract staff
- Work with students across a variety of grade levels and educational needs, from Early Childhood to High School
- Implement IEPs and adapt instruction to meet individualized student needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with school leadership and multidisciplinary staff when present
Qualifications:
- Current MN Special Education Teaching Certification (attach certification and resume to be considered)
- Flexibility to accept on-call, per diem assignments—potential for both planned and last-minute coverage
- Experience with diverse student populations and IEP implementation
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
