Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational programs tailored to students’ unique learning needs
- Provide direct instruction in both classroom and resource settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to modify curriculum and adapt learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for student needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and behavioral data
- Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss goals, progress, and strategies for support
- Employ a variety of teaching strategies and interventions to promote academic and social-emotional growth
