Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Special Education teaching license in Massachusetts

- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data collection
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to students’ IEP goals
- Provide direct instruction and support for students with varying abilities in resource and/or inclusion settings
- Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families regarding progress and challenges
- Assess student growth, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
