Special Education Teacher in Fremont, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience crafting and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with a variety of instructional techniques and adaptive technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver creative, individualized lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
- Conduct ongoing assessments to measure student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Work closely with general education teachers and specialists to foster an inclusive academic setting
- Maintain accurate records and regularly communicate student progress with parents and educational staff
