- Strong skills in communication, adaptability, and implementing behavior management strategies

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for preschool students
- Modify curriculum and develop engaging, age-appropriate instructional materials
- Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate closely with families to ensure continuity of learning between home and school
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one instruction to address unique learning needs
- Support social, emotional, and behavioral development through tailored interventions
