- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, Case Manager, or similar role in a school environment

- Passion for advocating for students and collaborating with families and school teams
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a tailored caseload of students and ensuring all Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are implemented according to standards and legal requirements
- Virtually coordinating and participating in IEP meetings, maintaining open lines of communication with educators, therapists, and families
- Creating and monitoring student progress reports, adapting plans as needed to meet educational goals
- Providing guidance to teachers and support staff regarding accommodations, modifications, and best practices in inclusive education
- Staying current on state and federal regulations related to special education
