Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
- Active teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure educational goals are met
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Use data-driven strategies to assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and IEP compliance
- Provide direct instruction, interventions, and accommodations as needed
- Advocate for students and promote their self-confidence and independence
