Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education certification (License #2801)
- Demonstrated expertise working with high school students with varied mild-to-moderate disabilities
- Strong background supporting students on the autism spectrum
- Proven ability to differentiate instruction and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
- Adaptability to thrive in an inclusive, team-oriented setting
