What You’ll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to a diverse elementary caseload (32 students)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Co-teach, team, and collaborate with general education teachers
- Oversee and guide paraprofessional support in the classroom
- Foster a welcoming classroom atmosphere that celebrates student strengths and differences
- Maintain accurate records and participate in all relevant meetings
