Being present onsite is essential for effective case management and direct supervision, ensuring students receive the quality support they need.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility in Oregon
- Experience with classroom and 1:1/student-focused interventions
- Ability to manage students with varying behavioral and educational needs
- Commitment to working onsite (virtual/remote work is not an option)
- Strong communication and case management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction per IEPs
- Oversee case management, develop and revise IEPs as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and families
- Supervise and support students’ progress and well-being
