Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification/license (state-specific)
- Experience in K-12 special education settings

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person special education services in rural Oregon schools
- Provide individualized support for up to 25 students (small group or 1:1) in Sherman County OR 5 students with higher behavior needs in Condon
- Manage case files, develop and implement IEPs, and supervise students on site (not virtually)
- Work closely with colleagues, families, and school leadership to ensure student success
