Key Responsibilities:

- Create, monitor, and evaluate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and families
- Track progress, document data, and report on student growth
- Apply evidence-based interventions and positive behavior supports
- Adapt curriculum and learning materials for accessibility and effectiveness
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom environment
