Key Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Teacher certification valid in Alabama

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging, adapted lessons in individual, small group, and classroom settings
- Collect and report student data to guide instructional decisions
- Advocate for students’ needs and collaborate with fellow educators and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in parent meetings and annual reviews
