Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education (SPED) certification required
- Previous experience with K-5th grade preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs

- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
- Document progress, maintain all compliance paperwork, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued
