PE Special Education Teacher | Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity allows you to deliver high-impact adaptive and general physical education instruction for elementary learners. In this rewarding position, you’ll:
- Lead adaptive and/or general physical education classes for K-5 students
- Design and adjust lessons to meet diverse needs and abilities
- Inspire students in developing motor skills, coordination, and fitness
- Foster engagement and inclusion among all learners
- Partner with general and special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and therapists to develop individualized strategies
- Keep accurate student records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications to flourish in this role:
- Minnesota teaching license/certification in Physical Education and/or Adaptive Physical Education
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to creating positive, accessible PE experiences for all
