- Demonstrated experience delivering math instruction at the middle school level
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit for working with parents, fellow educators, and support staff
- Clear, professional communication style
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based math lessons adapted to students’ educational plans
- Work closely with general education teachers to provide inclusive instruction
- Develop, review, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess student performance and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Offer targeted interventions and small group instruction as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communications
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages student confidence and achievement
- Communicate effectively with families, advocating for student needs and sharing progress
