Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

- Provide direct instruction in small groups and one-on-one settings
- Monitor student progress and regularly update goals in collaboration with staff and families
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Partner with general education staff to support classroom inclusion and student engagement
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
