Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid DOE Certification required
- Recent experience teaching ELA and Math in elementary settings
- Demonstrated effective classroom management and instructional practices
- Strong ability to deliver push-in and out-of-class resource (OCR) support
- Experience cultivating student engagement in Grades 1–3 a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide ELA and Math push-in and out-of-class resource (OCR) support for 1st/2nd or 2nd/3rd grade students
- Develop and deliver innovative lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster inclusion
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment
