Responsibilities:

- Regularly assess student progress, update individualized education programs (IEPs), and adjust goals as needed
- Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages independence and growth

- Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and other school-based activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation according to policy requirements
