- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to meet diverse student needs through differentiated instruction
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students with varied learning needs in living and learning environments
- Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and administrators to plan and implement effective interventions
- Develop, monitor, and report on IEP goals and student progress

- Employ evidence-based strategies to manage classroom dynamics and support student independence
- Communicate regularly with families and participate in team meetings regarding student progress
