Primary Responsibilities

- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and parent conferences.

- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Active Missouri Special Education certification or ability to obtain licensure.
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous school-based special education experience.
- Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school populations.
- Familiarity with inclusion settings and differentiated instruction.
- Experience supporting students with autism, learning disabilities, or emotional/behavioral needs.
- Master's Degree in Special Education or a related area.
