- Experience managing IEPs and knowledge of current best practices in special education
- Willingness to work across K-12 settings depending on assignment
- Familiarity with self-contained, inclusion, resource, or co-teaching models preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in documentation and case management
- Dedication to fostering a positive, student-centered classroom
- A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction designed to meet students’ unique needs and abilities
- Develop, implement, and track progress on IEP goals
