Qualifications:
- Valid GaPSC Teaching Certificate with endorsements for Special and General Education (Pre-K focus)
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or Paraprofessional, especially with early learners
- Strong ability to support non-verbal or low-verbal children with behavioral needs
- Comfort with assisting in diapering, toilet training, and feeding
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional instruction and care to Pre-K students (ages 3-5) with a variety of needs
- Implement and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist in daily living skills: toilet training, feeding, and communication support
- Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistent progress and a positive learning environment
