Requirements:
- Must hold an active GaPSC Teaching License with P-12 SPED endorsement
- Dyslexia endorsement required
- Previous experience with autism, developmental delays, and speech/language delays preferred
- Comfortable supervising toileting assistance (no direct diapering required)
- Willingness to work with PreK-2nd grade, primarily 1st-2nd grade students
Responsibilities:
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week) classroom instruction in an inclusive environment
- Serve a caseload of 8-10 elementary students
- Support students with autism, developmental, and learning differences
- Collaborate on pre-planning days, effective July 29-May 21, 2027
- Foster a supportive and structured learning space
- Communicate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
