Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) for Nebraska

- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt lessons to accommodate varying ability levels and learning styles
- Provide direct instruction, behavioral support, and progress monitoring

- Participate in parent conferences, team meetings, and professional development
