Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Missouri Special Education (MO SPED) certification required
- Previous experience working with elementary-level students, especially in grades 3–5, preferred

- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborative spirit for partnering with classroom teachers, specialists, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
