Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to cultivating a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and intervention services for students with mild to moderate needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide both in-class (push-in) and small group (pull-out) support, adapting instruction as necessary
- Track student progress, gather data, and communicate regularly with families and educational teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate where every child can thrive
- Participate in staff meetings, ongoing professional development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
