Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a K-12 setting is preferred

- Excellent classroom management skills and creativity in lesson planning
- Ability to write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) effectively
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and families
- Commitment to maintaining a supportive and encouraging environment for all learners
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to individuals and small groups based on IEP goals
- Assess students’ progress and adapt lessons to meet their unique needs
- Utilize various instructional techniques to facilitate engagement and learning
- Coordinate with general education teachers and support staff
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and timely reports
