Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification required
- Previous experience working with elementary-age students is preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in individualized instruction and IEP implementation
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to elementary students according to IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes growth and engagement
- Adjust to a caseload size determined prior to your start; more information will be available during the interview process
