Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage an elementary special education caseload, delivering tailored instruction in alignment with students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths, challenges, and progress
- Collaborate with general education teachers to provide appropriate accommodations and modifications in the classroom
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and record student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to best support learners
- Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment for all students
- Provide direct and indirect support based on specific student needs
