Middle School Certified Special Education Teacher - Loveland, CO

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current teaching license with Special Education certification.
- Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school environments.
- In-depth understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- Collaborative team player with a student-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods to promote success.
- Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and IEP goals.
- Support students’ academic and behavioral growth in both individualized and group settings.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and training opportunities.
