Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification (state and/or reciprocal credentials)
- Experience with PreK–5th grade students preferred
- Strong understanding of inclusion and pull-out models
- Ability to manage and adapt to a caseload of 16 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted instruction in inclusive classrooms and small group settings
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and documentation
- Coordinate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Create a supportive, positive learning environment for all students
