Special Education Teacher - Manor, Texas

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in both resource and inclusion classroom environments

- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including families, therapists, and administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in ongoing assessment and improvement of student learning outcomes
