Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging instruction tailored to students with varying disabilities.
- Assess academic and behavioral progress, modifying strategies as necessary for individual growth.
- Create and oversee IEPs, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Participate in annual IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address student needs.
- Employ positive behavioral interventions and support students’ social-emotional development.
- Maintain detailed records of progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Promote a safe, welcoming atmosphere that encourages student independence and confidence.
