Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Hold an active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License
- Prior experience working with students on the autism spectrum is highly desirable
- Skilled in managing IEPs and special education documentation
- Confident working with students who have diverse educational and behavioral needs
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside paraprofessionals and other staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction in elementary autism support classrooms
- Coordinate and lead the development and implementation of IEPs
- Provide mentorship and direction to paraprofessional support staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
