Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience working with K-2nd grade students or early elementary ages
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and implementation

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver individualized lesson plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment for students with varying abilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate records for student progress, attendance, and IEP documentation
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and achievement
- Participate in meetings and professional development as required
