- Collaborating with school teams and specialists to maintain continuity of supports
- Recording progress and providing regular feedback on student engagement and achievements
- Focusing exclusively on direct instruction—case management duties are not required
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Previous experience working with students with Autism preferred
- Strong skills in building rapport and fostering motivation in students facing attendance challenges
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to develop effective individualized strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
