Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Holds active State-required Special Education licensure
- Experienced as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with early learners or preschool-aged children
- Demonstrates an understanding of individualized education program (IEP) planning and implementation
- Brings strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with families and educational staff
- Flexible, patient, and compassionate approach with young children
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs in the Early Intervention classroom
- Manage a consistent caseload in a single daily location, providing stability for both you and your students
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families to support holistic student development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal standards
