Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Current North Carolina Teaching License, with certification for Middle/High School Special Education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction across curriculum areas to students with diverse learning needs in both middle and high school settings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals align with student strengths and needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to provide resources, strategies, and accommodations within the inclusion model.
- Track student progress through regular assessments and documentation.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their full potential.
- Engage and communicate regularly with families and caregivers.
